Working as a member of a Multifunctional Team (MFT). I work for the Brigade, Division and Corp level Information Operations and Intelligence. I perform Low Level Source Operations, providing real time Atmospheric information to U.S. commanders at the Brigade, Division, and Corp level. The atmospherics collected influences the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP). As a member of a MFT, my duties and responsibilities are to ensure cultural sensitivity is maintained through expert knowledge of the Iraqi culture. The employment of Local National Advisors (LNA) and managing that Requests for Information are delegated to the appropriate LNA network. Finally, to collect any information that is of importance to the commanders that has not been formally requested to ensure Commanders have the correct information to make decisive decisions on the ground. Primary function is to identify and disrupt terrorist operations before they occur.

Primary duties are to manage the security force and medical care of 392 expat and TCN contractors. Liaison to the Marine Corp for all security consultation and needs. Responsible for DCMA compliance and interface with JCCI as well as COR officer. Responsible for 13.5 million dollar TWISS contract ,all logistical requirements to stay in compliance with our SOW and deliverables are met. Logistical requirements include organizing and forecasting all vehicle requirements and repair plan. This is accomplished by forecasting wear rates and predicting necessary parts on hand as well as the proper labor talent to accomplish this task. Responsible for backward planning all operations to ensure all logistical requirements are met to insure our security obligation at Al Taqaddum Airbase is met. Responsible for 392 weapons. Storage and maintenance is performed and all parts are maintained to accomplish this task. All sensitive items are inventoried, secured and maintained to insure operational ability is maintained at all times. Responsible for $50,000 dollars in cash payments per month to TCN employees. All time sheets for all employees are performed weekly.

Primary duties are to execute training indoctrination for independent contractor candidates applying for static site and mobile site mission. Responsible for CQD® (Close Quarters Defense five day operator course also training military, law enforcement and foreign nationals. Weapon systems include M-4 carbine, Glock 17, Sig 226, Shotgun, M-240, M249, Mark 46, Mark 19, M79, AK-47, AK-74 and various other weapons systems, Also, assist in instructing CQB(Close Quarters Battle), fire and movements, vehicle bail outs, and ambush reaction. MPRI ACOTADECRIPTION: Primary duties were to produce a training program to develop the Burundi Army to become an effective peace keeping force in Somalia. Training was developed for General Staff, Company Grade officers, Noncommissioned Officer and down to the soldier level.

DECRIPTION: Primary duties were to produce a training program to develop the Georgian Special Forces to become an integral SOF fighting unit that mirrored the U.S. Special Forces. All primary duties required of U.S. Special Forces were developed in a secure Program of instruction (POI) package, instructed, and then evaluated with success.

DESCRIPTION: Successfully launched a consulting firm specializing in finding security vulnerability in various industries. My company was involved in composing various POI's for all military disciplines. Traveled to various military bases, particularly Ft. Bragg to provide assistance to deploying ODA's. Also I performed various train the trainer courses in firearms and tactics. I developed new POI's based on information I received from recently deployed war fighters in the SOF community. In turn was able to give new points of view in order to make our SOF community more effective. All of this was accomplished through confidentiality at the highest levels. All aspects of operations are maintained confidential, with creditability earned from my security clearances in the U.S.
