My most valued personal achievement outside of my career is probably coming in 2nd place in the Tyneside Cinema Christmas stand-up comedy contest.The main focus of my current role is to investigate customer concerns across the various credit card products offered and managed by Jaja Finance. Ensuring each case has the best resolution for both the customer and the business, all in accordance with FCA regulations and timescales. My previous role with Monzo Bank was as a Financial Crime Investigator, assessing customer accounts to determine their financial risk. Though my work at Monzo Bank I have had investigation experience in money laundering, human trafficking, terrorist financing, and some case types I don't think LinkedIn would appreciate me adding to my profile. This role provided experience in CIFAS, Salesforce, and SAR writing.My experience covers a comprehensive knowledge of the banking and payment industry due to my time working with Jaja Finance, Monzo, and Worldpay. I personally excel at business to business interactions, while at Worldpay I secured a clients business with a 3 year contract worth 2.1 million GBP.
