• Support internal sales, account executives, and wholesalers during prospecting and product implementation• Lead SME for internal stakeholders on sales cycles, workflow, and tools utilized by partners and enrollment leaders• Foster strategic relationships between enrollment software partners and distribution partners• Manage and develop CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) implementation, on-boarding, and continued development• Direct and facilitate cross-functional teams (sales, sales support, and operations)• Conduct field training sessions with account executives and enrollment leaders via WebEx or classroom presentations

• Foster and develop relationships with new distribution partners in driving sales results• Manage existing relationships with seasoned brokers for continued sales success• Conduct distributor sales analysis to locate gaps within their individual and agency worksite sales• Communicate sales and marketing designs, production enhancements and changes to distributors• Conduct agent/broker field training for Texas Life products via WebEx or classroom presentations• Conduct quarterly agency sales analysis for review by the Texas Life President & CEO, and Board of Directors• Act as a liaison for internal business operations linking agency trends to internal processes• Aid distributors with case setup, sales and enrollment process, and end of sale service

• Prepare and maintain audit reporting on past due accounts for SOX compliance​• Audit processed payments to ensure processor accuracy and understanding• Work collaboratively with the Worksite Billing director to better develop processes, best practices, and employee development programs• Lead SME utilized for planning of billing system development and deployment• Train newly hired employees on processing, best practices and general procedures• Monitor newly hired employees for developmental deficiencies---foster strong, knowledgable employees• Foster relationships with third party payroll and benefits administrators• Consult human resource and payroll technicians in reconciliation of payments and accounts on a macro and micro level
