In my tenure at Meta (FKA Facebook), I supported the recruitment of individuals to executive hiring across various technical roles, focusing on Infrastructure (SRE), Privacy, and Security. I developed and implemented sourcing strategies, managed the candidate experience, negotiated offers, and contributed to the organization's diversity hiring efforts. Additionally, I created onboarding processes, market mapped, and improved recruitment efficiency through data-driven decisions and training initiatives which lead to a high rate of candidate satisfaction.

During a hyper-growth phase, I focused on building a strong pipeline of candidates through strategic sourcing and pipeline debugging. My efforts resulted in efficient hiring processes, and successful placements.

As an agency Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment (FKA Workbridge Associates), I specialized in recruiting for software engineering roles, partnering closely with engineering leadership to ensure successful placements. My role involved managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation, while also generating new business and expanding client relationships.

Marketing at Noise Pop (2015)Led cross functional project on bringing the official SF Street Food Festival 2015 app to life. Built online marketing plans for all Noise Pop social media accounts to promote brand awareness.Production Assistant at Stern Grove Music Festival (2015)Collaborated with 17 other team members to execute high stress and sometimes emergency situations during live events.Talent Buyer at TurnStyle Music Group (2014-2015)Hired as the first Talent Buyer on the west coast to build relationships with artists and venues then play match matcher. Doing business development to break into a new venue, at the same time building relationships with upcoming artists then placing the artist into a venue and branding the event. Negotiated contract terms with booking agents/artists and venue owners which led to doubled revenue. Very similar work to what I do as a technical recruiter, but just a different type of talent! Operations at Elixr Productions (2014)Gathered and analyzed data around venues, talent, and costs for the unofficial 2015 SXSW showcase "The Elixr Group Presents." Music Coordinator at the UO Cultural Forum (2013-2014)Given a $30K budget to book musical artists for the student body for the school year. Wrote and won over $700 in grants to build UO Cultural Forum brand awareness.Club Promoter at Monroe (2012-2014)Initial promoter for the Battle of the Decades event. Strategized and executed a guerilla marketing and social media marketing plan to create brand awareness for a new idea and sell out a 250 capacity club. This event is still sells out a decade later.Booking and Production Assistant at the WOW HALL (2010-2013)Worked at a 500 capacity concert venue where I learned how to draft & organize upcoming show contracts and databased previous concert ticket info by day. Worked as the artist Lighting Designer by night.
