I am a highly experienced shared services and operational leader, having worked in the Contact Centre industry since 1994. In that time, I have developed a detailed knowledge of contact centre operational strategies and tools, performance management, technology and leadership. I have supported large scale operational businesses inclusive of both traditional inbound/outbound & back-office models as well as emerging channels such as Assisted Chat.My values are linked to enhancing the customer experience in all aspects of delivery, ensuring that all decisions, strategies and operational management always have the customer in mind.
