Most recently within the organization, I have helping with agile coaching, ideation for product improvements, helping to deliver a new product, creating a full custom JIRA workflow to support multiple, over 12, Scrum teams, organizational JIRA training, and process improvement.I Manage two distributed scrum teams, building three Mobile products which support the US Courts, Appellate and Probation and Pretrial, nationwide.As a SAFe/Agile specialist I work with predict management, product owners, business analysts, development teams, release management, and the Release Train Engineer. The teams deliver iSelfReport, iPACTS, and Mobile Briefcase on a quarterly basis. Mobile Briefcase is a new application built last year, and currently piloted by two US Appellate Courts, and will be available to all courts in Spring 2017.

Over a million members participated within 3 months.* Launched a new product that consolidates data from various systems that includes geo-location data to plot events, discounts, and other AARP offerings on a map.

As product manager I managed all development projects, maintained the product release schedule, wrote project plans, designed and prototyped interfaces, wrote requirements, tested functionality, improved processes, wrote specifications, and defined processes to ensure timely success of product delivery from end-to-end. • ASU Help Center was a large critical project which was behind schedule with an extremely short deadline. I organized the project deliverables, communicated priorities, established accurate timelines, gathered requirements, wrote functional and design specifications, designed the Help Center and Mobile Help Center interfaces, tested all functionality end-to-end. The project was the most successful launches for the company. The product was delivered on time, and under budget. • Outlined and implemented an agile development cycle to include new product development, product enhancements, break-fixes, as well as deliver new client implementations. • Successfully implemented 5 clients on the new technology. Three clients with features developed for ASU, and two additional clients with new features developed to meet their needs. Additional clients are now on schedule for all of the above features. • Designed, and delivered many new features: Integrated Password Resets, Notifications Manager, IVR Automated Password Reset, Information Center (FAQ, Scope, Notifications), Integrated Blackboard Password Resets, Knowledge Base Search enhancements. • Lead many new product features, and new processes designed to help improve efficiencies across teams. Formalized: customer upload processes, installed JIRA for development task and project management, Caller Verification Notifications, established Release Notes, and release communication for current and upcoming releases.
