Licensed in both DC and MD, Chris is a knowledgeable and personable real estate professional who has helped many satisfied clients find and sell their homes since 2008. With a calm and positive approach, he works with care and dedication to achieve excellent results.Before real estate, Chris worked 25 years in the television network news business as a video photographer for several national cable and broadcasting companies. Working with national reporters and on his own, he covered the important and breaking news events from such places as Capitol Hill, the Defense Department, the State Department, the White House, as well as many of the embassies in town. And as a result, he is familiar with just about every neighborhood, both in the city and in suburban Maryland.In addition to having lived and worked in the metropolitan DC area for most of his life, Chris's ties to the area run deep. He is a fourth generation Washingtonian, and is a descendant of Southern Maryland ancestors dating back to the early 1700’s. His great-grandfather, who was the Dean of Georgetown Law School for over 30 years, owned the Hamilton House and the land where Stone Ridge School now stands. He is married to Nisi Hamilton, who also grew up in Washington, DC, and works with a foundation in Bethesda. Together they have four children who have attended various private and public schools in the DC metropolitan area.Chris believes in working diligently in the pursuit of his clients' goals with the highest of standards.
