Reporting to Chief Financial Officer and responsible for:• Design, implementation and maintenance of a core business intelligence solution to support business needs• Development of targeted data models to underpin reporting and analysis• Building, maintaining and supporting new applications and systems software• Managing enhancements and maintenance of existing applications.• Administration of SQL servers• Identifying and resolving systems, application and project issues.• Review and analysis of existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and development of strategies for improving or leveraging these systems• Review and update of business processes to ensure technological support• Effectively communicating project expectations to project managers, owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion• Organising and conducting interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.• Translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to other developers and members of the project team.• Participating in post implementation project reviews to identify successful project elements and opportunities for improvement.• Supplying relevant documentation to ensure all department processes, procedures and systems are fully documented to the standard agreed and adhere to agreed service standards.• Creatively and independently providing resolutions to technical problems in a cost-effective manner.

Reporting to high level management and responsible for:• Design and implementation of a suite of reports to measure business performance.• Analysis of reports to identify trends and highlight potential impacts on performance and show areas of improvement.• Gather reporting requirements from internal customers; discuss and agree deliverables and timeframes for ad-hoc and planned reporting. • Ensuring all data providers are supplying timely and accurate information within the agreed timeframes.• Reconciling differences between data sources and liaising between different departments to ensure accurate reporting.• Keeping detailed documentation on how reports are produced and where data is sourced from.• Defining policies on data consistency and standard methodologies• Creating and maintaining a Data Warehouse including ETL staging as a basis for future reporting• Supporting Legacy reporting systems and where possible transferring the reports to the central Data Warehouse solution
