Over the course of 12+ years in the SaaS space, I have progressed from Web Developer to Director of Software Engineering, growing and expanding my skills and responsibilities along the way.As a Web Developer, I developed a scalable web application, working closely with clients to ensure high-quality delivery of needed features. I was then promoted to Software Engineer, after an acquisition of our product by Alarm.com, where I took on more complex projects and was responsible for the overall software architecture and design.As a Technical Project Manager, I was responsible for leading a team of software engineers, defining project scope, and ensuring projects were delivered on-time. I then progressed to Technical Engineering Manager, where I led the whole team of software engineers and was responsible for their technical growth and development.In my most recent role as Director of Software Engineering, I oversaw the entire software engineering division, setting technical strategy and direction, and ensuring that the division is delivering high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers.Throughout my journey, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to delivering high-quality software and my ability to lead and mentor teams of software professionals.
