Working in a fun and dynamic environment with a focus on performance, results and individual development, this role presents the opportunity to sell 2 exciting brands and to handle tailored travel arrangements to an ever growing customer base.The Holland America Line and Seabourn Reservations Centre handle enquiries from both Travel Agents and Direct guests via telephone and email. Responsible for selling through service and for being the main point of contact for guests and the trade. S flexible individual who is a clear and concise communicator and a strong team player. Customer Responsibilities (Internal & External Customers)•To service all Travel Agents and Consumers to the highest standard•Receive and respond to inbound calls•Build and maintain relationships with all trade and consumer customers•Consistently demonstrated excellent customer service•Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions to create a positive image of the product and the company•Technical (including systems) and/or Professional Responsibilities•Handle precise requests and special projects•Advise Team Leader of any competitor knowledge•Ensure high levels of conversion• Encourage and support Travel Agents through using POLAR online•Administration Responsibilities•Action email requests and regarding product and reservationsOther Responsibilities•Meet targets set by the company and Team Leader•Meet departmental guidelines and as per the Reservations Policy Manual•Other duties as required – attention to detail Show less
