Led teams of project managers, engineers and project support staff in successful design and construction of $500 mil of gas processing and power generation projects (7 direct reports, 750 indirect)• Constructed 120 MMCFD sour gas plant, associated pipelines, in service in < 2 years from approval. o Set start up target to be in sales within 24 hrs of sour gas introduction to plant - gas sent to sales 2 hrs after sour gas introduction. o Key interface to customer for project construction coordination, attaining very high customer endorsements. o Gas plant regulatory approvals received in 7 mos, gas gathering pipeline approvals (including extensive public consultation) in 4 mos.• Modified plant to process additional 250 MMCFD of gas processing and ethane plus liquids recovery with 1st unit on line in 14 mos, last units in service within 23 mos of sanction.• Constructed 13 MW cogeneration power unit, started up on time (15 mos) / budget; 3.2 MW power generation units constructed in < 1 year and somewhat over budget.• Led strong project safety focus, resulting in only 1 lost time incident with 1.9 mil hrs of work.• Led team in developing all significant project management implementation processes during course of project engineering and construction.• Chaired Corporate Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Committee, worked with Director of Compliance to obtain BOD, CEO approval for common corporate EHS direction
