- Led 350 - 400 staff and contactors responsible for HSE, operations, engineering and procurement for large sour gas processing plants and gathering pipelines, managing $100 + mil annual budget- Responsible for successfully integrating midstream operation organization resulting from assets contributed by 2 major oil and gas producers- Implemented key operational improvement strategies including extending major gas plant turnarounds to 5 year intervals, installing turnaround management planning systems and a common structured approach to maintenance planning across all assets. As a result, reliability approached 99% on line time.- Key lead contributor in sale of company to 3rd party acquirer - addressing all operation and liability aspects of sale.

- Coordinated process for worldwide onshore assets capital data analysis and allocation during merger; resulted in selection of $700 mil of expenditures from $1.4 bil portfolio within 1st week of merger- Lead member of small team which completed analysis of major competitor’s assets, recommendation led to corporate evaluation of full corporate worldwide merger.- Led team in development of capital expenditure analysis tools and new economic valuation system within North America production operations with capital expenditures > $1 billion / yr. - Active team member leading to development of worldwide exploration and production portfolio analysis system, including investment, retention and disposition analysis.
