•Projects: Converted documentation to electronic filing, including scanning documentation; managed EEO 2019 Compliance reporting; coordinated Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) Compliance reporting.•Onboarding: Transitioned candidate to employee as the main point of contact, welcome e-mail, orientation schedule, new hire benefits orientations, records maintenance, & office setup.•Offboarding: Employee point of contact during exit/after departure, exit letter, exit survey, termination of accounts.•Benefits: First point of contact for all benefits inquiries/changes including qualifying life events, resolution of benefits or claim issues with all staff/vendors, communication to staff of benefits updates, open enrollment, reconciliation and processing monthly invoices. Yearly health/wellness fair.•Payroll: Process/coordinate semi-monthly payroll change forms with consultant, employee point of contact for pay discrepancies, main point of contact for time keeping issues arising from completing semi-monthly timesheets for all staff including proper coding of hours.•Budget: Manage PO input and tracking through procurement system of all HR related expenses annually.•Annual Meeting: Coordination of central staffing of 110 employees at Neuroscience 2019 to ensure all staffing needs were met. Worked with meeting services and finance departments to ensure current and new employees had travel and lodging. Onsite management of staffing to ensure all events were fully staffed, facilitated the meetings services team with overcrowding of events and ad hoc schedule adjustments.•Recruiting: Maintain tracking system and route candidates to hiring managers.•Misc.: Maintained job descriptions, including updating records maintenance system. Provided oversight and training for HR consultant. Helped to develop, coordinate, and facilitate professional development training under leadership. Coordinated SOP documentation. Maintained annual/new hire performance management tracking.
