I was working in the Product and Business Development team as a Product Analyst, reporting to the Global Product Director for Technology Services & Client Applications. I was working in the $MART team as a Business Analyst, reporting to the EMEA $MART Manager. In this role, my responsibilities were to write business requirements, review and validate functional specifications from the development team, and perform user acceptance testing before new releases.

I was working in the Business Support Systems team as a Developer and System Analyst, and was managing the CRM, contract management and billing application. My responsibilities where to understand the business’ needs, write functional specification, follow-up with the development teams, complete testing and support the customers.

In Geneva, I was learning essential skills such as development and project management.
