I lead the Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics organization for GE Gas Power. I am responsible for a diverse international team including software developers, mechanical engineers, controls engineers, IT professionals, and cyber security specialists that are responsible for leveraging analytics and machine learning with real time data to proactively improve the reliability, availability, and efficiency of customers power plants. In this role, I have doubled the size of the monitored fleet, growing the organizations capability in to energy storage, steam, aeroderivatives, and balance of plant.I have spent over 20 years in the Energy industry with significant experience in meters, gas turbines, business development, software and firmware development, hardware engineering, data science, and people leadership. I have a proven record of leading complex teams in highly technical and challenging environments across multiple disciplines. Skilled in managing geographically distributed multi-functional teams on multimillion dollar projects. Strong interpersonal skills; effectively interacts with individuals at all levels within an organization while working collaboratively across multi-cultural organizations globally.
