In my role as a Client Manager for Outsauce, I am responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of recruitment business clients. My responsibilities include the following areas:- Manage risk profiles and debt exposure- Develop relationships with clients- Oversee weekly payroll processing.- Development and management of individual funding lines.

• To generate and maximise sales within the hospitality and conference & events department.
• To achieve agreed net income targets specific to events on a seasonal basis.
• To grow customer accounts and build on individual revenue streams.
• Secure appointments both on and off site to discuss and manage future business.
• Identify opportunities to work with partner organisations as means of route to market.
• Up sell other racecourse products and provide leads for sponsorship and commercial areas

• To generate and maximise business to business sales of hospitality products at two main venues, Twickenham and Wimbledon.
• To achieve pre-defined targets based on corporate hospitality sales at key events.
• To manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
• To identify and cold call new prospects to add to portfolio.
• Up-sell other events and products such as sports travel.
