Mr. Hoard, will lead development service for Distinctive Living Development, the sister organization to Distinctive Living, a national senior living management provider committed to assisting its partners in establishing their properties as world-class providers in the active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care sectors.Mr. Hoard will be heading up the organization’s development services efforts and continue consulting with owners, operators, and developers in senior housing. The company’s services include property evaluation and optimization, development and design planning and execution, cost calculation, and market research analysis, to help investors optimize their projects.

Managed all day to day operations, investments and overall fiscal responsibilities of the company. Network with brokers, clients, current and new relationships to source Development opportunities in Commercial Real Estate, Multi-family and especially in Senior Living Development for both existing and new opportunities including but not limited to IL, AL, ,MC, SNF, Hospice and OBL and ASC Surgical Centers.
