I have a strong executive background working in strategic, commercial and operational roles with a focus on technology and fan delivery. I have worked for companies that are recognised as industry leaders in their fields including Ticketek, Boeing, Fulham Football Club, Harrods and British Telecom. I am passionate about my work and have a drive to achieve the best commercial results while delivering quality and exemplary service to both internal and external stakeholders.In my roles I have conceived key business strategies and have driven innovation from a commercial and internal systems perspective. I have worked with several strategy methodologies that have delivered innovation and opened up new revenue streams. I have driven organisational change while ensuring staff and partner organisation are an integral part of the process. I have a unique technology and customer experience mix that means I’m able to not only plan and strategize solutions, but develop and implement them in the most effective way.Leading and growing teams to their full potential is one of my professional driving passions. Through my career I have managed teams of various sizes and on more than one occasion setup and restructured departments to better deliver business visions. These teams have been of a diverse nature ranging from senior management, sales, customer and client services and technical staff. I have led teams delivering elite performance across the varied industries, showing care and nurturing talent. I have a strong sense of community and for six years until 2022, was a Board Member with Ronald McDonald House Charities, South East Queensland. Through this position I have been an ambassador for the charity utilising my executive knowledge and philanthropic skills in developing strategy, donors and major projects with the sole goal of supporting families in need. I held the position of Treasurer for the charity in my last 2 years through the Covid period.
