I excel in human resources, development & leadership of people and projects. Also during 1997 Chase Hospitality administrated the construction of the Microtel Inn at exit 77 on I-59/20.Spearheaded development of Holiday Express Inn & Suites for local investor. From conception to opening guided ownership on details for establishing a Premier Property in Tuscaloosa.

Managed an annual sales and marketing budget of $450,000.Directed hotel operations to generate positive cash flow for twelve consecutive months relieving General Partners(5) of $1 Million personal guarantee to lending institution in 23 months.Took over operations at the Sheraton Capstone Inn in 1989 and led a team that was able to turn around property located on the campus of The University of Alabama. Due to status of limited partnership, we were able to turn operation around in extemely difficult market in order to show a positive cash-flow for 12 consectutive months which relieved the General Partners of personal line of operational loss of one million dollars each (5) of which that would have had to pay personnally in the event that the operations did not show profit for twelve consectutive months. The property earned the 'Chairman's Award" for 13 consectutive quarters as a top ten in guest satisfaction surveys in the Sheraton System.
