CurrentResponsible for setting the vision, strategy direction, and priorities for all aspects of Talent the organization. Operational responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Professional Development & Training, Employee Engagement, and Onboarding with leadership responsibility for a team of 13 talent professionals. •Collaborate with executive leadership to align all talent strategies with organizational goals, objectives, and values to create a high-performance culture.•Set vision, direction, and priorities through the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for all talent-related activities, supporting the long-term growth and success of the organization and employee base.•Responsible for designing and delivering recruiting strategies and headcount delivery across the organization. •Overall responsibility for the Bridge Students Campus and Intern program.•Responsible for the ongoing vision and direction of professional development programs across the organization with a focus on an employee-first individual learning approach. •Developed and delivered a continuous learning journey that included digital learning, in-person coaching, a mentor program, and peer-to-peer development. •Revamped, developed, and managed the performance review processes to effectively evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, integrate individual development programs, and identify succession options.•Development and launch of organization-wide succession plan to ensure continuity and to identify and develop internal talent to fill critical roles in the future.•Drive DEI+B activities and initiatives across the talent journey, including the launch of 'Affinity Interviews'. •Evaluate and implement new talent technology solutions to streamline talent processes, including co-leading an HRIS system migration to Workday in a reduced timeframe.•Utilize data analytics to report on and make informed decisions about talent strategies and initiatives.
