Keter Environmental Services is a leading data-driven recycling and waste managed services company committed to providing innovative solutions that help our customers achieve their ESG compliance and sustainability goals.I am the Product Owner for Keter’s proprietary web application - eTrac. eTrac is the central platform for the collection and scheduling data of all Keter’s managed services. It also functions as an external SaaS platform that allows customers to access all of their ESG Compliance and managed service data in real time, helping them to achieve their corporate sustainability goals.At Keter, I drive the roadmap for eTrac by organizing and prioritizing all enhancements to eTrac, which are derived by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define and document the needs based on our mutual business objectives. I review those enhancement requests with our AGILE development team and serve as the Voice of the Customer throughout the development lifecycle.I also oversee eTrac’s integrations with our IoT-enabled waste devices, Accounts Payable software and Customer Relationship Management system, enabling our Operations, Sales and Finance teams to succeed by providing a centralized source of information across the entire business.

Fusion Alliance was a full-service consuting firm that provided expertise in web-based technology solutions. I worked on Fusion’s Project Lifecycle Services team, serving as an outside consultant to Fusion Alliance’s corporate clients as a Product Lifecycle Coach. During my time in this role, I joined the Program Management group at a leading U.S. logistics company as they began their Agile transformation with newly-formed product teams. My role was to help to guide them in their implementation of an AGILE-centered software development approach.The organization was experiencing accelerating growth and wanted to implement an Agile ‘Way of Working’ - allowing them to respond, adapt adjust, and capitalize on opportunities more effectively.To achieve our goals, I led the Product team leads in a corporate Community of Practice, provided on-boarding and one-on-one coaching and supported the Product Management Organization to define and track KPIs & objectives that aligned to the strategic corporate roadmap.At the end of my engagement, our Product team had doubled in size and our teams were delivering measurable value to the business and its stakeholders.

Switchfly specializes in white-label technology solutions that give airlines and travel loyalty programs an industry-leading e-commerce experience.As the Product Owner for Switchfly's UI/UX team, I was responsible for a team of Designers and Front-End Developers of the Switchfly application. I managed the UI backlog that serviced eight development teams within the organization. This involved deriving requirements from those teams, performing user research, defining and maintaining the design system and ensuring accessibility standards were met across all of our sites.Brands such as American Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines, JetBlue, American Express, Marriott and MasterCard relied on our team to manage their customers' online travel experience, all from one place.

As the Product Owner for the ADESA Inspection platform, I was responsible for technology that managed and tracked millions of vehicles per year as they moved through our multi-stage reconditioning services.I worked very closely with ADESA's vehicle Inspectors to develop a new mobile application, which we called AutoHawk, to quickly and accurately document the condition of vehicles so that they could be listed for sale at the auction.In addition to the Inspection application, I managed our Customer Portal, which was used to review damages, repair estimates and submit repair approvals, directly driving forward ADESA's primary revenue stream in reconditioning.

I was the Product Owner for two products:Bridge™ is a secure, online exam proctoring solution for assessments and credentialing programs in Certification and Education markets.My responsibilities included:• conducting customer interviews and user testing• translating business needs to technical requirements• running design & development sprints utilizing Agile ceremonies• feature prioritization and road map planning• defining and tracking success metricsThe Am I Job Ready solution was an online career platform targeted at closing the skills gap by assessing, developing and tracking progress on candidate employability. In this role, I contributed to the product ideation, designed and developed the User Experience and managed the day-to-day development with an Agile Scrum team.

I was responsible for the UI/UX of all of Talogy's professional assessment tools. This included the Administrator application, the Assessment Authoring application and our suite of scheduling and Test Center management tools.Working with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams, I identified customer needs and feature requests, as well as reviewing analytic data and performing customer interviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all technologies. I designed the interactive experiences for web, tablet and mobile phone applications at CNO.Collaborating with business subject-matter experts, I identified the user needs, technical requirements and business objectives to design focused user experiences (UX).Once the designs were vetted and approved by stakeholders, I produced well-formed front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), which I delivered to the software development team for production implementation.Solutions included an insurance claim processing interface, geolocation-enabled sales applications for smartphones and tablet-based presentation tools for agents.

As a member of the Corporate Web Solutions team, I gathered requirements and documented user interface specifications.Typical project goals centered around regulatory and compliance changes, customer service improvements and implementing new business functionality to the existing OneAmerica websites.

In my role as a consultant, I teamed with the Department of Child Services to develop a new information architecture and front-end overhaul of their proprietary intake software application.Employing user profiling & scenario-based design methods, the team developed a streamlined workflow that reduced errors by half and resulted in markedly improved service times.

Huffman Interactive was a full-service Web Design and Development firm.I served small to medium-sized businesses to target and build web applications and brochure/marketing sites to establish or accelerate goals.In addition to the design and development of these custom web sites, I implemented Content Management Systems, Web Analytics and Shopping Carts.

I worked on a team that designed and built an innovative web application to help book authors bring their concepts to life. This Authoring platform was built to serve customers of Author Solutions, the world’s largest independent book publisher.I worked closely with our marketing and development teams to design interfaces supporting broad functionality; photo upload and management, content creation and collaboration and much more.The UI team developed a progressive, task-based process for customers to create personalized products such as books, photo books and calendars.

Powerway was an supply chain web application supporting document management, issue resolution, and quality improvement for automotive manufacturers and suppliers around the world.The User Interface challenges included navigating large data sets and complex hierarchical structures so that users could easily find and submit information through the phase/gate manufacturing and quality assurance methodology.We succeeded by collaborating closely with management and suppliers to develop a customized, role-based approach; eliminating screen clutter and optimizing task completion rates.
