Responsible for preliminary underwriting, due-diligence, and initial credit memo development/presentation and packaging for approximately $1 billion of commercial mortgage loans for securitization (CMBS) during my tenure.Co-led Atlanta-based team in documentation review and preparation of securitization content for discussions with rating agencies such as Fitch, Standard and Poors (S&P), and Moody's.Implemented and established a targeted small loan program, responsible for loan origination, underwriting, and preparation of loans for securitization in the CMBS market.

Responsible for collection, validation, and presentation of primary sales and rent comparable data at commercial real estate appraisal firm specializing in partial rights valuations, eminent domain, tax appeals, appraisal review, and other areas litigation-oriented appraisal firm under direct guidance of special master.Areas of focus included collection of sales data, rent data, courthouse records research, survey and flood map review, cold-calling market participants, documentation of findings, creation of maps and exhibits, preliminary review and summary of content for third party appraisal reviews.
