My name is Chris, and I feel lucky to love what I do: design things. Mostly it’s been "editorial" products (and of those, mostly magazines, both digital & paper), but I’ve also designed lots of other things: motion graphics, mobile apps, music album covers, books, a content management system, posters, t-shirts, logos, typefaces, and I want to add “pants” (UK: trousers) because the word sounds funny to me, but I’ve yet to design any pants (UK: trousers).Anyway, I’m definitely one of those “form follows function” types of designing person, who thinks of design more as a problem solving and system building pursuit, rather than merely a “make things look pretty” pursuit. Some of us are insufferable, i know, but I hope that I am not.
