Responsibilities: • Project managing a variety of projects, servicing key clients across a range of industries in Australia. Notably working on one of the largest on-going NPS studies in the country. Gathering data from over one hundred and fifty thousand surveys a year. •Expertise in managing clients from the telecommunication, finance & energy retailing industries.•Collaborating with other researchers in the design, execution and delivery of projects.•Conducting data analysis using tools such as IBM Survey Reporter and SPSS on a daily basis.•Managing marketing activities including social media– developing and presenting a strategic marketing plan for senior management. Working with PR agency in developing releases for pickup among national media providers. Monitoring and updating social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Analytics.•Working to improve internal efficiencies by liaising with all departments to understand needs and re-designing project processes to better address those requirements.•Designing report templates and infographics, ensuring data is visualised in engaging and appealing manner.
