Leading a 2 year transformation programme across Tesco focussing on identifying and delivering new value through transitioning the focus of the business from functional KPIs to net profitability. Responsible for building a new way of working with functional heads and leadership teams, engaging and aligning behaviours in an established, complex and siloed business.

Following a short period supporting the Tesco Japan supply chain post the March 2011 earthquake selected to launch the Primary Distribution model across the 5 Tesco Central European markets. This was the first retailer led supply chain and logistics programme in Central Europe and required significant engagement both internally and externally to gain success. Full business start-up role with accountability for operations, finance, people, legal and IT.
