My team was responsible for Delta's retail platform, a single source system powering delta.com, the Fly Delta app, reservation agents, in-flight services, airport customer service, and catering technology.

I partnered with leaders across the enterprise to drive digital transformation and prioritize technology initiatives during a period of massive change for the travel industry.

I was the lead Product Owner for Delta's retail platform for Business travelers (Delta.com for Business). My responsibilities included partnering with customers, IT, and marketing to build and launch a booking platform for business travelers, hosted on the delta.com and Fly Delta app platforms. Additionally, I supported Delta's industry leading indirect retail (GDS, NDC) strategy.

Selected as 1 of 3 candidates to join Delta's post-graduate, technology leadership development program. In this role, I supported multiple technology groups and leaders, including eCommerce, Reservations, Sales, and Enterprise Data & Analytics.
