Christopher J. Buzzeo is currently the Associate Tax Director at Veritas Capital. Previously, Christopher was a Director at General Atlantic where he was responsible for tax reporting and structuring for General Atlantic Credit. General Atlantic acquired Iron Park Capital, General Atlantic Credit’s predecessor firm, where Christopher was the Tax Controller. Prior to Iron Park Capital, Christopher was a Senior Associate with PwC in their Asset & Wealth Management Tax group where he provided tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of alternative asset managers. Christopher started his career with RSM US LLP where he provided tax compliance and consulting services to alternative asset managers, private equity portfolio companies, large family-owned businesses, and high net worth individuals. He is a graduate of Xavier University’s Williams College of Business where he doubled majored in Accounting and Finance. During his tenure at Xavier, Christopher served as President of his freshman dormitory, Treasurer of Resident Student Association as a sophomore, Treasurer of the Lacrosse team as a junior, and was a member of the Williams College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board during his junior and senior years. Christopher is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute in Buffalo, New York where he was a member of the National Honor Society and Senior Class President. Sports have always been a large part of his life, both as a spectator and as a player. Christopher played on Xavier’s Lacrosse team and is an avid fan of his hometown Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres teams as well as a New York Yankees fan.
