As a principal trainer at Boulder Community Health, I have gained significant expertise in a wide range of areas, including training providers, clinical support staff and patient access roles in ambulatory clinics and hospital inpatient and procedural areas.I have over three years experience teaching Epic foundation and personalization for providers in primary care and non-procedural specialties in addition to surgeons/proceduralists. Recently I was also one of the project managers for a successful Large Connect implementation (ambulatory clinic with ~100 providers), while also helping to train and provide personalization/ATE support for the project.I have certifications in Patient Access. EpicCare Ambulatory, Training Environments. and I also regularly train providers and clinical support in staff Cupid, Optesia, Orders and Radiant workflowsI enjoy my role as a trainer as well as being a project manager collaborating with educators, informaticists, analysts, IT and operational leaders and other project managers to analyze and improve workflows in the hospital and clinics. I also have experience with MST build, and users/security.
