About Christopher Heffner
A detail-oriented, and strategic-minded leader with extensive experience in project management, test automation and customer relationship management. Early adopter of Atlassian’s Enterprise Cloud strategy were I served as Project Manager for one of the first and largest migrations to Atlassian cloud.Led several successful migrations of complex enterprise on-prem applications to cloud instances. In the lead up to these migrations I coordinated user-acceptance testing to ensure the new software met users requirements, tested integrations with other tools, and identify bugs before the production migrations. Created all user-focused documentation for the migrations and conducted Lunch and Learn sessions allowing our users to quickly learn changes/updates in the new software, and ask questions of our admins.Extensive success in test automation. As a Test Automation Architect I designed, wrote and maintained a test automation framework used by 10 different teams. The framework was robust, reliable and easy to update when changes occurred to the AUT.As a former elementary school teacher I utilize my teaching background to help educate and train our users, and create concise and clear documentation which help users get up to speed on our tools quickly.
