• Project Manager for JIRA migration from on-prem instance into Atlassian Cloud instance. A total of 850 JIRA projects with 1.5 million issues and several thousand users were successfully migrated into JIRA Cloud in September 2021. The migration was completely successfully over a holiday weekend with zero downtime for users.• Project Manager for migration from HP ALM into Tricentis qTest Cloud instance. 200 ALM projects, several hundred users, and tens of thousands of test cases were successfully migrated into qTest SaaS instance in June 2020. The migrations were completely successfully during non-business hours with zero downtime for users.• Oversaw User Acceptance testing sessions for JIRA Cloud and Tricentis qTest migrations which ensured the SaaS software met users’ requirements, eliminated any significant bugs before the production migration, and tested 30+ integrations with other tools. Held bi-weekly sessions open to entire McKesson user base.• Coordinated and conducted ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions for the JIRA Cloud and Tricentis qTest migrations; allowing users to learn the changes/updates in the new software and ask questions of our JIRA/Tricentis admins.• Liaison between McKesson user base and the support teams for Atlassian, Tricentis, Miro and Smartsheet applications. Advocated for the needs of the McKesson user base with the vendors. Drove 100% resolution of all support tickets. Promoted new tool features to users that would benefit from the improved functionality.• Authored and maintained customer facing Confluence spaces for enterprise-wide users for all of the tools maintained by the McKesson Technology Tools and Services team, including JIRA, Bitbucket, Github, Tricentis qTest, Neoload, Miro, and Smartsheet.
