With more than 20 years in financial services, I combine tenures at premier financial institutions Wells Fargo and Bank of America with years as a consultant with Accenture, one of the top firms in the world. I have a reputation for “seeing around corners” and anticipating what an organization needs to do to stay competitive. I am accustomed to advising C-level stakeholders and giving them the tools they need to achieve sustainable growth. I discovered my skills in portfolio management right out of college, when my experience at Wells Fargo catapulted me into a successful management consulting career. Now, I oversee $1.6 billion of Bank of America’s annual global technology change initiative investment portfolio and play a crucial part in building out the Central Portfolio Management Office.I am part of maintaining critical systems for products and services across 33 countries. More specifically, my team reviews individual technology portfolios with a governance focus on execution and delivery statuses and overall health for each program. As a leader, I promote good communication across units and at all levels. My time as a consultant has also made me extremely customer-focused, and I am always looking for opportunities to improve the user experience and streamline processes to boost adoption.I pride myself on challenging the status quo and finding new ways to elevate performance.
