My journey has been about unlocking the potential of others so they may thrive in the limited time we have together. Over the last two decades, I have designed and implemented innovative solutions in roles that reported directly to executives. Each of these solutions had the objective of making work more fulfilling and balanced in the lives of employees. These interests pulled me into the gravity of strategic HR work over 10 years ago since that is where this positive impact can be distributed at scale. Though corporate HR plays a key role in an employee's journey, it is not the only factor today. People are hurting and work should not be a main source of our pain. In a rapidly changing world, our needs as human beings go beyond what can be solved in HR alone. In recognizing that more is needed to help a healing world, I joined iPEC in Q2 2023 and earned my Certified Professional Coach certification in April 2024. As I move forward, my focus is on helping others tap into their true purpose and lead intentional, empowered lives full of energy and happiness. I would love to work with you to help you achieve this.
