Abbey is a contractor offering site excavation, site & interior concrete, stone bases, and asphalt paving. My role at Abbey has seen many iterations. I have engaged operational planning, financial planning, sales forecasting, systems implementation and administration and more.Operational PlanningAbbey currently has about 200 field employees across 5 major disciplines. The operations team is responsible for allocating employees, equipment & materials to our jobsites daily as well as keeping work consistently flowing through our pipeline during the construction season. Our team has seen field growth of 130% and revenue growth of 104% . Despite our increase in workforce, we saw little to no margin erosion and were able to enhance margin in 2023. In 2019 we joined a captive insurance program to recoup the heavy cost of insurance on our company. Since my handling of the account, we have seen all major safety metrics improve and increased our equity in the captive by over 1000%. Financial PlanningOne of my passions is strategic planning on individual jobs. I currently analyze all of our jobs for time and materials to identify risks and opportunities. I negotiate all of our concrete pricing and help PMs keep costs on track. I also run all WIP analysis and lead reviews of individual jobs in a team setting.Sales ForecastingI designed and maintain a report that gets shared with our banking team of current sales with revenue projections, goals, and comparisons to our company's history. We use this report with the estimating team to strategically set margin goals for the current marketplace.Systems Implementation & AdministrationOur company's growth led to the need for enhanced systems for our teams better capture employee time, job costs, and build our bids faster. Through Workmax, Viewpoint, and B2W we were able to do just that. On all of these projects I was a major member of the implementation team and am currently the main administrator on all of our systems.

Fluid Defense delivers fully integrated fluid storage handling solutions that drive value from the production line to the bottom line. After years of delivering strong results, Fluid Defense and OilSafe have become the recognized standard in industries ranging from food and industrial products to mining. At Fluid Defense, I served as the primary contact in the implementation and development of our ERP system, Netsuite. I worked to create fully customized modular bills of materials for our bulk systems in order to view costs of manufacturing. I was also a primary contact in our inventory control initiative increasing item visibility throughout the supply chain.At Fluid I worked closely with the sales department, worked with a team to make pricing decisions, and provide customer support. After the loss of our top distributor, I developed and implemented a plan to keep a supply of our products available to our end user and minimize losses in revenue. .At Fluid Defense I created and maintained website content for fluiddefense.com and worked in Netsuite to develop an online store for our customers. This has increased online traffic and provided a location customers can be directed for product information and sales. While employed the company saw growth that it was ultimately purchased by Whitmore as OilSafe. I was offered to stay with the original parent company, Abbey, where I would be placed in a role under the VP of Operations.

As an Inventory Analyst, I was responsible for forecasting product receipts and allocating items to over 800 department stores. These forecasts were used in financial reporting for the department to assist in budget projections and sales projections. I analyzed past trends and recent changes to create a plan through store volume groupings. I was selected to analyze a new brand as it was rolled out among 200 stores for the first time.At Sears I assisted in creating an algorithm used by over 800 stores to select the optimal clothing size mix for the apparel department. I also facilitated an Excel Pivot Table class for about 30 employees at corporate headquarters.

At Camping World, I performed monthly analysis of dealership inventory and provided repurchasing recommendations to Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers. I worked closely with manufacturers and dealerships to provide analysis on reorder points for vendors and dealerships. I created inventory tracking file to provide accounting department and manufacturer specific sales and reorder data for special purchases.At Camping World I served as primary contact to three manufacturers and added a fourth due to strong performance. I represented company at Hershey RV Show in PA providing sales support and customer service.
