As President, I oversaw the overall operation of the Chapter and the progress of the members of the Executive Committee. I presided over all Chapter meetings and enforced the laws and rules of the Fraternity. I represented the Fraternity in Interfraternity Committee meetings and decisions. I was also responsible for reporting the Chapter's progress to the General Headquarters.

As House Manager, I was responsible for the upkeep and overall appearance of the Chapter House. This includes all repairs, all equipment, and all supplies. I also assessed fines for damages, managed maintenance contacts, and enforced and scheduled cleaning tasks.

Eagle Springs is a gated community that offers swimming pool access exclusively to its residents. As a Lifeguard I was responsible for maintaining the pool facilities, enforcing pool rules and policies, and ensuring the wellbeing of the Homeowners. I was asked to return based on performance, interacted with more than two hundred residents daily, addressed issues with unhappy residents, and taught swimming lessons. During my third season with Eagle Springs, I was promoted to Head Lifeguard, and assisted in the responsibility of managing the schedules and payroll for the other guards.

During my 10 weeks as an Intern at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, I had the opportunity to shadow VPs and Directors from various departments, including the Emergency Center, Central Transport, Environmental Services, Emergency Medical Services, the QuickMeds, Expansion, and Human Resources. I was also able to get hands on experience in the Career Placement Center of Human Resources where I assisted in the hiring of future employees by collecting necessary information so that they could be imported into the employee database. I also helped to coordinate the MCCG Career Fair that hired 32 out of 34 applicants that were in attendance. I was also invited to return to HR with the Medical Center during Institute Holidays including next Summer to work as an employee.
