As a Product Owner, my expertise revolves around enhancing each touchpoint throughout a customer journey. As a human being, my interest is piqued by finding more efficient ways to do things; adding convenience to everyday tasks, whilst approaching this with both simplicity and aesthetics in mind. I’m currently focussing on developing niche, and specific skillsets that I can be called upon, and trusted for. These skills include developing product roadmaps, scrum team management & backlog prioritisation, and translating business aspirations into executable software functions. Overall, my goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of digital channel attributes - specifically product ownership, user experience, and project delivery.I received my degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating with a double degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Business; majoring in Business Information Systems Management and Management respectively. My prior work experience is centred proudly in customer service, where I have a demonstrated history in achieving, and providing above-and-beyond customer service experiences.
