As a Product Owner, my expertise revolves around enhancing each touchpoint throughout a customer journey. As a human being, my interest is piqued by finding more efficient ways to do things; adding convenience to everyday tasks, whilst approaching this with both simplicity and aesthetics in mind. I’m currently focussing on developing niche, and specific skillsets that I can be called upon, and trusted for. These skills include developing product roadmaps, scrum team management & backlog prioritisation, and translating business aspirations into executable software functions. Overall, my goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of digital channel attributes - specifically product ownership, user experience, and project delivery.I received my degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating with a double degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Business; majoring in Business Information Systems Management and Management respectively. My prior work experience is centred proudly in customer service, where I have a demonstrated history in achieving, and providing above-and-beyond customer service experiences. The environment was extremely fast-paced, and required exceeding customer’s service expectations, by confidently resolving their enquiries and ensuring all of their needs are met, while doing so in the most-efficient manner possible.Standout Achievements:- Through role modelling the Groups’s vision and values, as well as core people capabilities, I was awarded the ‘Legend of the Month for Integrity’ in May 2016. This has allowed numerous opportunities to complete leadership duties in my line of business. Highlighting periods where I’ve completed leadership opportunities, the team I was leading was recognised for “Team of Legends for the Month”, in July 2016, for achieving all of their telephony related statistics, and excelling in customer satisfaction results by scoring 100% in Roy Morgan customer satisfaction surveys for 13 consecutive weeks. - Complimenting the individual, and team success that I enjoyed, was being recognised for a CEO Award Nomination in September 2016. In 2016, and 2017, I was admitted to the Direct Banking Sydney Agent Assist Programs. The Agent Assist Program is a team of 15-18 staff members out of 300 in Direct Banking Sydney, who are utilised to support staff (whether existing or new to bank). I am most proud of being selected for the Direct Channels Growing Leaders Program in July 2016. This formal training course includes a cohort of 12 staff, selected from the approximately 2000 total employees in Direct Channels, to undergo certified training ensuring I am capable to excel in leadership positions in the future. -
