In addition to managing staff at Capstone, I have also developed my own client base and continue to service the tax, insurance and financial needs of Saline, Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. We currently manage client assets and prepare roughly 1000 tax returns annually.Clients often come forward with business or family challenges, unsure of who to ask for help and where to begin. I facilitate the problem solving process, create a solution that minimizes any negative financial consequences, and follow through on each component. If for any reason we can't be of service, we will gladly point customers in the right direction!

CARES Board of Directors is responsible for the stewardship of an annual millage for the Saline area. Past projects that we have funded include youth field hockey and lacrosse programs, rowing exercises for special needs groups, young adult after school programs, public parks maintenance and overhaul, and community gardens. Recently, we were able to provide funds for the purchase of a specially equipped van, servicing the needs of disabled 18-26 year-olds that are making the difficult transition to becoming contributing members of the working community.

Growing Hope is a community based non-profit that provides education, tools, and support for people who are interested and financially pressured to explore garden based food options. We are part of a nationwide movement to fight the proliferation of "food deserts" and the devastating health and social impact they have on families and communities.Besides fundraising, my position includes board development and raising community awareness for those that are left behind in today's food models. We provide a healthy alternative to the traditional food poverty compromises and empower individuals to make the best food choices possible!
