• Extensive experience in audit, review, and compilation engagements; industries/areas including pension/retirement plans, manufacturing, government, bar/restaurants, information technology, retail, professional services, and health and social services.• Preparation of individual, partnership, corporate, estate/trust, exempt organizations, and employee benefit plan tax returns• Assist clients with monthly bookkeeping• Prepare quarterly payroll reports• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax reports• Assist with Federal and State tax notices

• Assist with audits, reviews, and compilations as well as preparation of corporate, individual, and exempt organization tax returns.• Provide support and assistance of ongoing financial processes with business process outsourcing (BPO) clients including payroll, bookkeeping, compilations, consulting, billing preparation.• Analyzed, examined, and interpreted records, compiled financial information, and reconciled reports.• Trained new staff on preparing payrolls and monthly compilation.

-Assume functional ownership of accounts receivable, payroll, and daily sales reporting. -Demonstrate attention to detail in providing accurate/timely invoicing, reconciling, and reporting.-Complete special projects as assigned by Controller. Interact with other departments as needed.

-Enter finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer-Research and process customer claims of invoice payments-Answer accounts receivable inquiries and follow up-Process supplier invoices by matching to company generated purchase orders and receiving documents, verifying prices, quantities received, and purchase terms.-Obtain sign-offs for any invoices not supported by a company purchase order-Respond to supplier inquiries.-Print accounting reports and maintain accounting files as required.-Assist in monthly closings.-Assist with related special projects as required-Work within time constraints and deadlines including overtime and weekends as required.

• Interact with and build relationships with anywhere from 50-250 customers per night in a neighborhood establishment.• Handle transactions of cash payments, provide proper change; balance cash register.
