The organisation is a member of The Prince’s Trust Group, a new global network which also includes activity carried out by The Prince’s Trust UK, Prince’s Trust Canada, Prince’s Trust New Zealand, and Prince’s Trust International. The mission of The Prince’s Trust Group is to transform lives and build sustainable communities across the world.Prince's Trust Australia deliver three main programs – helping young people and military veterans with the enterprise skills they need to succeed; and leading the way in building sustainable communities through innovative design.Due to COVID-19 impacts on our philanthropic funding, I recommended my own role be made redundant in May 2020, to preserve service delivery activities for young people, veterans and their families.

Lifeline Hobart operated under a trademark agreement with Lifeline Australia and is one of 42 independent ‘member organisations’ in the wider Lifeline network. Lifeline Hobart had its own strategic plan for the delivery of services within Tasmania, aligned with the broad strategic direction of Lifeline Australia.Lifeline Hobart amalgamated with Lifeline North West Tasmania to become Lifeline Tasmania in 2012.

| Community & Social Programs | Southern Tasmania || 90+ staff | $8.3 million |Colony 47 is a Southern Tasmanian incorporated association under the Tasmanian Associations Act. It started as a youth drop in centre in 1973 and over the years developed into a broad focused organisation providing support through youth employment, housing, family relationships and mental health services. The Business Development Manager (BDM) role for Colony 47 was a new role reporting to the CEO, which was focused on increasing the capability and capacity to increase youth services throughout Southern Tasmania.
