PreZero Recycling AB is part of Schwarz group.Turnover: 420 million SEKEmployees: 100 (+150)Part of a management team.As a Production manager I manage 4 departments in the geographical area of Västra Götaland, Värmland, Skaraborg, Jönköping and parts of Småland. In these departments the responsibility included personnel, production, sales, administration, logistics, legislations etc. Each department has a department manager that manages other manager, sales representatives, administration and production personnel, and other supporting personnel. My tasks are mainly strategical, with a lot of change management. It mainly consists of trying to find new ways to earn money, reduce costs and enhance production, both in the present and in the long run. One of my first tasks was to make a turnaround of two of the four departments. After two years hard work the EBIT increased with 7 percentage (procentenheter). I’m a part of the regional management group.

NCC is a construction company that strive to work in the front line of sustainability and circular economy, hence NCC Recycling was initiated in 2014. Turnover: 52 million SEK in 2015.Employees: 5 (+6)Part of the nordic management team.In this new ground breaking work, I was responsible for the startup and establishment of NCC Recycling's establishment, organization and production in the southern part of Sweden. The focus of NCC Recycling was to handle and recycle construction and demolition waste, and close the internal material loop.The startup of this business area included establishment of e.g.:- sales organization, production and administration- Marketing, internal and external- sales portfolio- costumer segment- material flow from costumer, through the production site and finally to the most profitable outlet solution- research and development

Member of the Board of Miljöfabriken 2000 AB. Joint ownership between Malmö LBC and NCC. Miljöfabriken 2000 AB is a company specialized in recycling of mineral material and special soils.Turnover: 50 million SEKEmployees: 6The biggest challenge was to increase the service portfolio and expand on a very competitive market. Ragn-Sells AB is a successive waste management company working with all kind of waste. Rang-Sells has their most activities in the Nordic countries, but also in a few other countries.Turnover: 170 million SEKEmployees: 90When working at Ragn-Sells I was responsible for the production in the Gothenburg Department. During my time at Ragn-Sells the biggest challenges was to cut costs and still have content employees. During this period, we implemented a new business intelligence system.

Research topic was origin of life. Experimental studies on how amino acids sorb on mineral surfaces. Guest researcher at Carnegie Institution in Washington DC. Responsible to start up a laboratory and a research area.- 7 scientific publications- Attended many conferencesIt was a fantastic opportunity to do research on one of the largest question of mankind, the origin of life. The project was financed by NASA and NSF. I learned a lot by working abroad, e.g.- how it is to work in a different country with a different culture- the experience of emigrate to another country- interacting with different people from different cultures is very developing and expands the view of perspective.

As a chemist at SRV Återvinning, I was responsible for handling hazardous waste from our customers. I was also responsible for different environmental work e.g. surveillance, reports, investigations.
