The SharePoint ECM Project focused on promoting enhanced document & records management to improve business process. My responsibilities include:- Continuously supporting the senior project manager & project team- Gather & analyse functional & non-functional business & system requirements- Document the decision making process- Write & review project documentation- Make updates to the project schedule as required- Perform Solution Assessment & Validation, process flows, data models, gap & enterprise analysis - Provide regular stakeholder management- Report weekly on risks, issues, assumptions & dependencies (RAID)- Monitor critical path items & open action items weekly- Provide recommendations to the steering committee- Support test lead, Unit, System, End-to-End & User Acceptance Testing- Organise training for over 200 users- Deliver all project communications, to over 2,000 end-users- Develop three data migration strategies- Develop the transition to support strategy, limiting the impact on BAU operations - Systems used, MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Project, MS Visio & HP Quality CenterMajor achievements include:- Successfully performed business analyst duties for a large scale SharePoint ECM project- Gathered and analysed over 300 functional & non-functional requirements- Constructed 12 detailed business process flows in under 2 weeks- Produced 10 data models to represent 120,000 data points- Performed gap analysis ensuring over 20 power-users & 200 end-users received training- Evaluated 3rd party alternatives to development saving over $50,000- Conducted stakeholder management saving over $200,000 by simplifying requirements - Developed a unified records structure to manage over 12,000 documents - Developed three detailed migration strategies to migrate over 12,000 documents - Created the ECM system support structure for over 2,000 end-users
