As the Group Supervisor of KBS, I led a team of 35 computer scientists, statisticians, and prior weaponssystem operators, providing the group vision, mission, and identity. I was responsible for the quality of all work coming out of the group. I reorganized the group into a more efficient and effective entity. As the Section Supervisor of KBS-2, I worked to help grow the KBS Group to meet increasing sponsor demands, assisted the Group Supervisor in realizing the Group's vision, and provided support to my Section through mentoring, accomplishment of administrative tasks, and by giving constructive feedback and direction. Additionally, I managed the Navy Nuclear Deterrent Mission (NNDM) and Air Force Nuclear Mission Assessment (NMA) projects, which provided the Services with analysis and software tools, enabling an end-to-end evaluation of the entire Nuclear Enterprise, resulting in reports that reached the Secretaries of the Navy and Air Force. I was also responsible for performing analysis supporting the evaluation of the Trident II Strategic Weapon System, Conventional Prompt Strike Program, and the Sentinel Program as a System Analyst.-Developed the primary data visualization concept for the NMA website, also later adapted to NNDM,providing senior leaders with a single visual representation of the entire nuclear enterprise, based on theevaluation of thousands of pieces of independent information.-Represented APL at the Nuclear Issues Resolution and Integration Board, a three-star level forum, which raised awareness of APL's impact on the NMA and NNDM tasks with flag officers and Senior Executive Service members.-Helped strategically grow my Group from 28 to 35 staff members in order to apply talent to a wide variety of critical programs in multiple sectors.

I directed 25 teams, totaling 88 personnel dispersed across Afghanistan, providing tactical and operational level intelligence support to joint commands. I analyzed captured enemy material from battlefield, managed supply and logistics, personnel, training, and movements for all teams throughout combat theater. I authored policy and technical procedures for exploitation of documents, cell phones, and digital media; reviewed/provided release authority for intelligence reports that reached entire US intelligence community. Awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal
I established and led a new military and civilian team in analyzing captured enemy material from battlefield and generating actionable products for intelligence community. I directly supported a brigade with four combat battalions and multiple intelligence enablers across Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. I led four additional teams and the regional command team for one month.
