A sociologist researching demographic and economic change. Christopher is currently a visiting research fellow of the Institute for National Strategic Studies, National Defense University. Christopher is also a visiting research fellow of the Department of War Studies, King's College London and formerly a fellow with the Modern War Institute at the United States Military Academy, West Point.He has worked for innovative organisations such as Google and is an Open Access proponent, on the principle that making research and teaching freely available enhances the global exchange of knowledge. He gives ten percent of his income to charities dedicated to improving access to education (see attached).
