My practice concentrates on general probate matters, probate litigation, elder and Medicaid law, asset protection, estate planning and administration, guardianships and adoptions, including representations of same sex families. Prior to obtaining my law degree I was a Court Clerk at the Norfolk Probate and Family Court for a number of years. My experience includes extensive elder law, asset protection, probate and probate controversies, estate and tax planning matters. I also represent clients in all forms of probate matters and serves as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem, Commissioner, Master and Special Administrator.I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and my Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and I am admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth.I am an active member of the Massachusetts, Norfolk and Plymouth County Bar Associations as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. I serve as chairman of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court Bench Bar Committee, Norfolk and Plymouth Estate and Business Planning Council and I am a volunteer lawyer at various Probate Courts in the Commonwealth. I am a volunteer member of the Corporate Council and the New England Planned Giving Advocate of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
