I am a professional in the commercial insurance industry based in Denver, Colorado. What I love most about my job is really getting to know people. This gives me the opportunity to peek under the hoods of a lot of different businesses, and I get to see the many unique ways people make a living. I am a connector, so I also get to help people in a myriad of ways well beyond insurance and employee benefits. Typically the C-suite/Owners/Heads of HR I eventually work with reach out to me when they are:- frustrated that their current brokerage relationship is not truly acting as an outsourced risk manager- disheartened that their employee offerings are not being perceived as such by their employees, and only an anchor, as opposed to a "benefit" to move the company forward.- overwhelmed by compliance requirements- feeling as if they are just another "client" in their brokerage relationship...Every company needs insurance, and most everyone has an existing relationship, but if yours just does not "feel right", I would be happy to have a quick conversation to see if there might be benefit in a more in depth discussion.
