Managed a 38 employee Occupational Medicine clinic inclusive of business development, operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, compliance, and facility contracting. Comprised overseeing all departments including four Physicians, two to three Physician’s Assistants, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, Radiology and Pharmacy, in addition to the medical personnel supporting these departments. Directed the day-to-day growth of a multi-million dollar medical practice. • Furthered a 17 year old, 4-physician 12 employee practice, by almost 100%, from 2.15 to 4.26 million dollars over the last 9 years. This growth prompted a move, which tripled the size of the previous practice both in terms of facility size and employee number. • Achievement-motivated, conscientious, objective-directed client acquisition and maintenance which has resulted in contracts with over 1000 new clients. Developed direct relationships with employers, insurers, associations, and other health care providers and organizations through cold calls and networking. Efficiently maintained contracts with clients on-board prior to my tenure. • Highly adept public relations and people skills. Regularly presented to groups ranging from 5 to 100+. Managed physician services, staff training and client satisfaction assurance. Additionally, negotiated incoming vendor contracts.
