My career-long passion has been the development and application of innovative Systems Engineering, Safety and Software Control Process Methods and Tools. During my role as both a Senior Technical Leader and Global Engineering Manager I have been privileged to build and lead several diverse energetic systems engineering (SE) teams. My most recent focus has been the development and application of a Scenario-based, Connected and Integrated, Systems Engineering and Simulation environment (INCOSE and NAFEMS keynotes in 2022). This virtual environment leverages connected cloud data and compute resources to deliver an agile development platform for the EV and ADAS AI-based perception stacks, models and controls systems.
