I have been with Aon for over 10 years and am currently a Program Manager for North American Early Careers (EC).As a Program Manager, my main responsibility is to inspire and develop the next generation of future leaders at Aon. I focus on hiring E-Commerce professionals for Walgreens. Positions are both on the technical and business side.

• Recruited candidates for permanent positions in the Chicago headquarters. IT positions included JAVA developers, JAVA team lead, quality assurance engineer, systems administrator, desktop support, migration operations manager, web designer, graphic designer, and others. Non-IT positions included financial analyst, integrated marketing associate, curatorial asst, project asst, production asst, and others.• Full lifecycle recruiting from initial meeting with the hiring managers to candidate offer.

• Recruited candidates nationwide with backgrounds in SAP including ABAP, Basis, MM, PP, QM, SD, FI/CO, BW/BI, HR, and others.• Sourced candidates via referrals, networking, postings, job boards, mass mailings, and cold calling.• Screened candidates based on technical qualifications.

• Recruit, screen and hire employees for the property.• Create ideas to reduce property turnover.• Establish connections at local institutions and universities in order to utilize their resources.
