I am the CEO and one of the three co-founders of Union Healthcare Insight, a research firm focused on providing independent, objective, holistic, and curated insights for leaders across the healthcare industry. For the previous 17 years, I was with Advisory Board, where I oversaw its research for senior executives, and was responsible for developing the research agenda, official point of view, and overall Advisory Board message to executives across the healthcare sector. I began my career as a healthcare financial analyst focusing on stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, and over the years have expanded my expertise to span the entire industry. Over my career, I’ve led more studies on health system strategy, partnership, capital strategy, revenue cycle, and supply chain than I'd prefer to count. And in addition to podcasting and webcasting, I've shown up in media you might know—you might have seen me quoted in The New York Times and Washington Post, and my work has been published by Harvard Business Review.
