Scripted and automated all the tasks in the imaging process including software installation to save technicians several hours of touch time and create a flexible package that was easy to update and replicate to remote sites with low bandwidth.• Managed Symantec Endpoint Protection and Managed Symantec Endpoint Encryption. Deployed both pieces of software to all client computers after installing and configuring the management consoles for each product on virtual servers. • Used active directory to make changes to user or computer accounts and perform routine maintenance. Used PowerShell to remove stale computer accounts to close security holes.• Responsible for managing tickets that had breached SLA and working with other desktop technicians to ensure their timely completion.• Worked on the pilot deployment of O365 and upgrade to Windows Enterprise E3.
