I have served as an education administrator and leader in STEM education, with 20 years of experience implementing and evaluating agency-level strategic plans, developing program logic models, coordinating budgeting for results, defining and measuring OKRs, and driving technology change for data-driven institutional planning and effectiveness, while simultaneously serving as an effective communicator to the local community of teachers and stakeholders.
