Christopher Krajacic is the co-founder, president and general manager of Pier 76 Fish Grill in Long Beach, California. He brings more than 18 years of high quality management and leadership as a Chef/Owner of professional kitchens.After discovering his culinary passion at a young age, Chris is currently utilizing his expertise and experience within the restaurant industry to develop a comprehensive, competitive and profitable business development plan for a fast-casual seafood chain. Expanding on the clean approach to food he learned under Frank Fronda, Chris uses an old-world approach mixed with innovative techniques, ideas and creativity as his culinary anchor. An entrepreneur at heart and lover of the ocean, Chris began his foray into seafood by moving to Hawaii to specialize in the art of the cuisine. Chris is highly proficient all areas of kitchen operations, including management, dinner and lunch service, banquet, organization, garde-manger, butchery and complete hot and cold line.PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTSChris piloted and navigated across the Pacific Ocean 3 times. During the trips, he instructed and lead a crew of three on ocean management, blue water sailing and yacht maintenance.
