Christopher J. Kuselias is an impact investor who believes in riding the "CREST" of the wave in life. Ocean Crest Ventures (OCV) identifies, mentors and scales alternative investment options; often with social impact. OCV currently has funded investments in software, independent movie production, real estate, senior care, dermatology clinics, pain management centers and in-home pediatrics.A serial entrepreneur, his social impact startups have employed thousands and generated over $500 million in revenues/awards. His largest startup, CareerTEAM, received numerous awards for excellence and innovation including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Chip Enterprise Award and recognition as an INC 500 Fastest Growing U.S. Company. In 2021, he sold his majority stake in CareerTEAM and remains on the Board. A respected voice in closing the opportunity divide, Chris was invited to the White House to strategize on welfare reform with the then U.S. President, VP, Chief of Staff and Fortune 500 CEOs. He has consulted with numerous politicians including Governors, U.S. Senators, members of Congress, the U.S. Attorney General & the U.S. Secretary of Labor. Chris has appeared on ABC, NBC, CNN, FOX, ESPN and was featured on CBS' 60 Minutes; for a segment on unemployment solutions seen by 18 million viewers.Intellectually curious and void of limiting beliefs, Chris majored in Finance, minored in English, launched a student athlete life coaching firm while playing Division 1 Baseball, attended law school, obtained his Series 7 & Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent Licenses, authored "The Career Guarantee" book distributed in Barnes & Noble, designed and taught a human potential course as a University adjunct professor, and hosted a regional radio talk show for Fox Sports; which led to an ABC/Disney contract to co-host a 400+ city national talk show for ESPN. He previously hosted a national radio program on the Armed Services Radio Network for 3.4 million service personnel on personal finance. Chris assists his wife Susan, who oversees their family office currently supporting several worthy charitable endeavors. Examples include: sponsoring poverty stricken children, rebuilding and protecting an orphanage in Haiti, cancer research through the Pan Mass Challenge and promoting innovation within low-income neighborhoods through CIC/Push For Entrepreneurship.
