My responsibilities encompass leading the marketing efforts for the Xbox brand, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that highlights the unique value proposition and innovative features of our devices. I cultivate and enhance the Xbox brand, orchestrating global campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our platform vision. In addition, my team leads the marketing strategy for Xbox Game Pass, our premier subscription service, driving user acquisition and engagement through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities that showcase the extensive and ever-growing library of games. I also oversee the marketing initiatives for Xbox Cloud Gaming, highlighting the seamless gaming experiences available across multiple devices and making high-quality gaming accessible to a broader audience. Managing relationships with third-party developers and publishers is another key aspect of my role, ensuring their games receive optimal visibility and support within the Xbox ecosystem through co-marketing campaigns, and promotional partnerships. Furthermore, my team manages the effort between Xbox and the broader gaming industry, participating in industry events, fostering community engagement, and staying ahead of market trends to ensure Xbox remains at the forefront of gaming innovation.
